My name isn’t important. But why I created LIFT3D is.

The idea for LIFT3D was born when I returned to India after spending years abroad. I was shocked to see that supplements here cost nearly the same as those in Europe and the UK. Why?
The answer was simple: unnecessary expenses. Most brands spend heavily on marketing gimmicks and flashy adverts to glamorize their image, costs that are ultimately passed on to you, the consumer.

At LIFT3D, we chose a different path.
We stripped away the fluff and focused on what matters: quality ingredients, transparent pricing, and honest intentions. You pay for the product, not the marketing. Just the cost of production plus a small margin. Nothing more.

Our mission is clear: to provide every athlete with the fuel they need to become the best version of themselves, and at a price that makes it truly accessible.

Born in a tier-2 city in India, we know what it’s like to chase big dreams with limited means. Good nutrition shouldn’t be a luxury. It should be a right.
